- The Vanier Language School only pays commission on TUITION FEES. This means that any administrative fees, such as Registration fees, are ineligible for commission.
- Commission can only be paid once the student has arrived in Canada and has begun studying.
- Agents are expected to regularly update the Vanier Language School on their students’ VISA application status, and whether students need to defer or cancel their registration to our courses.
- Email is our primary form of communication with students and agents. Agents must provide accurate contact information for all students referred (email address & phone number).
- Agents need to send Vanier College an official invoice requesting their commission, with their company name & logo, the invoice date and invoice number clearly indicated.
- The Vanier Language School sends two annual updates to agents about courses, policies, etc…, however agents are expected to check the Vanier Language School’s website regularly to remain up-to-date with course dates, prices, and other relevant information.
