Policies

Fees

  • Fees are determined by the Ministère de l’Education et de l'Enseignement supérieur
  • All fees are subject to change without notice
  • Refunds are processed as per bylaw 7

New Students

  • Paying your fees confirms you accept your admission offer at Vanier
  • Late payment may result in loosing your place

Returning Students

  • Paying your fees is required for you to be able to register to your courses
  • If you fail to pay outstanding fees and fines, you will not be permitted to register or receive access to you Omnivox account

Fines

  • A late payment fee may apply
  • A fine will be charged for NSF cheques and credit card chargebacks

Tax Receipts

Vanier College provides Tuition Tax Receipts for both the provincial and federal governments via the student’s account on Omnivox. These are posted from late-February of the year following the taxation year.

For instance, tax receipts for the 2024 taxation year are posted late-February 2025.

Students should log onto Omnivox to obtain their tax receipts. Students not currently registered should click on “first use” (on the Omnivox log-in screen) and follow the prompts to access their tax receipts.
