Study rooms

Group study rooms

• Group study rooms are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for two hours at a time
• Rooms cannot be reserved in advance or renewed consecutively
• Four rooms are available to groups of two to six students
• Borrowers must present a valid and active Vanier ID card
• Borrowers must sign an agreement form
• To prevent late fees, access cards must be returned on time in-person to a library staff member.
• Borrowers may be required to wait until a staff member verifies that the room is in good condition after use
