RespectWorks Office

Vanier College is committed to providing a respectful, safe and equitable environment, free from all forms of violence.

As part of Vanier’s College-wide efforts to uphold this commitment, the RespectWorks Office is here to help cultivate caring and equitable working and learning spaces by facilitating with departments, raising awareness to prevent harassment, discrimination, and sexual violence, and supporting complaint-resolution procedures.

Working towards equity, and having effective response protocols in place when issues occur, involve college-wide collaborations.
