Role of tutors

Tutors work at the Tutoring and Academic Success Centre (TASC) or in resources centres at the College. They are hiring amongst the top ranking students and offer support to their fellow students.

Selection process

  • Top achievers: In June, we send invitations to join the team via MIO to our highest-performing students.
  • Haven't received an invite? No worries! If you're a Vanier student interested in becoming a tutor, you can express your interest to Ashley Rankin by MIO before the end of June.

All potential tutors will need to submit

  • Final grades transcript
  • Upcoming semester schedule
  • Curriculum Vitae

You'll also be invited to a group interview in late August (Fall semester) or late January (Winter semester).
