Vanier College Advisory Committee on the Environment (VCACE)

Established in 2008 following the college's adoption of its first environmental policy, VCACE meets monthly to implement policy, oversee the 5-year sustainability workplan and track annual action plans. Reporting to the Director General, the committee includes representatives from all college sectors. Any member of the college community is welcome to join the committee's meetings.

  • One professional staff representative [one Association of Vanier College Professionals (AVCP) union representative]
  • One teacher per faculty: Faculty of Arts, Business and Social Science, Faculty of General and Specialized Education, Faculty of Science and Technology [three Vanier College Teachers' Association (VCTA) union representatives]
  • One delegate from Pedagogical Support and Innovation (PSI)
