If you are regular day time Diploma of College Studies student, this page is your quick start to Vanier.

Throughout your studies, most of the college communications will happen through Omnivox, so make sure to access your account regularly. 

What to know


  • ID Cards

    A valid Vanier ID card is required for all students and employees of the College. If you are a new student, you'll receive information via Omnviox to pick up your card. If you lost your card, visit E-402 or contact the IT Centre.

  • Paying your bill

    To pay your registration fees, go to Omnivox, under Services, then Fee Payment.


  • Refilling your printing card

    To purchase printing credits, go to Omnivox, then select Services and Printing Credits.
